Dear Joanne,

I feel sorry for you. A bad lab is bad news.
It is not easy to find a lab with knowledgeable and well motivated
people these days.

The lab I use is only 20 miles from my home and does an excellent
job.
This lab promised to continue their service as long as no major new
investments are necessary.

bwa ha haa haaa (evil chuckle)...
I have just had 3 rolls of film damaged by bad handling in a lab (water stains, foreign objects, light leaks, developer drips, dust etc), so I'm feeling a little grumpy...
