I dont really know anything about it but a chap in this thread says
he uses one with a Imacon Express V digital back:

I don't believe that a digital back will work very well on the SWC.
The rear element of the 38mm Biogon is too close to the sensor. The
light rays anywhere other than the center of the lens will not be
recorded or will be recorded incorrectly. The light sensors
(pixels) in the sensor silicon are embedded under a plethora of
stuff (filters, colored (RGB) lenses, etc, which require the light
rays to come in at a relatively perpendicular angle (perpendicular
to the sensor surface) rather than at an oblique angle. A digital
sensor that captures a super-slide size center portion of the full
38mm 6x6 image might work - with significant vignetting - and begs
the question... why? A full size 645 sensor will not work. Digital
sensors require retrofocus wide angle lenses. The 38mm Biogon is a
non-retrofocus lens. Focused at infinity, the lens is 38mm away
from the sensor surface.
These problems do not exist with film. The silver halide molecules
are evenly dispersed throughout the emulsion and will accept
focused light from any angle.

I think it is a 903SWC with a digital back on it.
