accomplishments by being admitted to the highest income tax scale
often says:
Between Christmas and New years eve I work for my own benefit.
The rest of the year is for the department of finance.

In 1971 while traveling in Hungary I encountered a Swedish physician who said that the taxes in Sweden were do high he only practiced medicine for 6 months
of the year and spent the other 6 months touring all over the world.
