Jim,

The closest thing to 'tilt & shift' I have is the Arcbody with the Rodenstock
Apo-Grandagon 4,5/45, - which I bought 2.hand here in Norway, 'for a song'.
Fantastic lens, by the way. But I am fumbling a lot when using it.

There is this Swedish guy who want to sell his CFV for 35.000 NOK (ca 4,950 $).
I could be willing to give 30.000 NOK. With such a digital back I could
revitalize the use of my Hasselblad gear. Do you have any experience with this
CFV?
