You only receive two copies if your subscription was paid for twice.
The annual amount is 1033 USD. (Norway). 
Somehow you missed it was taken out of your account twice.
Refunding is not possible. If you are lucky you will get a free subscription 
next year.
Uncle Dick does handle these matters very generously.
