Per… no photo camera supplier can survive without digital.  I believe that. 
  
However, the 500 series and the 200 series are great cameras, there are a lot 
of them out there, and if there were a decent and affordable back for them, 
they would sell like hotcakes.  Affordable is NOT 10s of thousands of 
dollars….. 
  
Having said that, I only own/use film cameras….. 35mm to 11x14.   I do not see 
that changing in the foreseeable future. 
  
BTW, what happened to the 500mm lenses?  Why were they dropped from the 
catalog?… if it is OK to ask…..
