I hold off using a red if there¹s that much foliage in the shot close enough
in and big as it goes black and takes away from the impact of the shot. Try
dark green! The opposite!
Darkens the sky a whole lot and you can darken it more later lots of clouds
coming out you never say but lightens the foliage in a very pleasant way and
looks relatively realistic.

I only use red if the green foliage is far far away and small so when it
goes black no one notices.
Orange for a little bigger.

But green, dark green, light green or yellow green really works for me as
this is not a consideration.
And you can even get people into the shot....
And THEY look ok.
