He was one of the very few who commented on my Hasselblad pictures when I 
posted a Flickr link last year. For that I am very, very grateful. As you 
write, his For Sale notices are annoying when they're the "only thing the list 
is used for." But is that his fault or ours, collectively, for not contributing?
