[HUG] Re: DIY Lens repair

Harry,
I will add that the 50mm is probably my most-used lens - it has been all
around the world with me and has never jammed or caused me a problem. I
am planning to take it to Stonehenge with me tomorrow (had to drop that
in). The same technicians also did a nice job of repairing a Gossen
Lunasix when I dropped it and dislodged the glass. They discovered that
the original gluing had been very poorly done and was not properly
sealed, and completely redid it.
Joanne

Dear Harry,

If you are living in SA just send the lenses to WA. The
technicians
at Camera Electronic Service Co. fixed the 50mm Distagon that Joanne
bought
and it was always a very nice performer. They can also fix new C drive
springs.
