When will two colour prints made by the same lab by the same man
with the same corrections and a month of time between them ever look the same?

That's it entirely. Couldn't agree more.
When will the solve the sensor pit vignetting problem? When will they get rid of the shortcomings of Bayer and other colour patterns? They have had enough time to think about it. Now's it time to see some solutions.
