I think you are not advancing the film to the first frame before you put the
back on the camera. is this a A16 back or an older 16 back?

I'm shooting with a 16 back using 120 film, the problem is when I advance
the film it does not advance all the way. There are two little pyramid marks
on the winder it only gets to the first one, which is smaller than the other
one. The mirror is still in the up postion, so I put the dark slide back in
and take off the back then advanc it. What is going on, is that what you
suppose to do? Thank you ....James
