Justin Guyett sent me a patch to allow an arbitrary resource to be
associated with an email address in the bitconf.  If you want to email
someone and user a resource other than the email address, make a line with
a fourth field like so:

fred\@example\.com:20:10:freddy's own resource

This version also has a small change to accomodate the v1 stamp format.
