The hashcash-daemon has been completely incorporated into hashcash-sendmail
now, so the one script does it all.  If you want to prepare your tokens
ahead of time, hashcash-request is still there, and it works with the new
hashcash-sendmail.

This also removes the dependencies introduced in the last version, and it
may fix a bug or two.  I did more testing than usual on this, but it's
still a matter of "works for me, and that's all I know."  I hope it works
for you too.
