hashcash wish list:

1) i'd *really* like one or more config files (located in ~/.hashcash/) to store outgoing and incoming stamp values. examples:

        ~/.hashcash/mint.conf:
        ## stamp value - outgoing address
        default hashcash@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
        21      abc@xyz
        -1      xyz@abc

        ~/.hashcash/check.conf:
        ## stamp value - incoming address
        default hashcash@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
        20      atom@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
        +1      atom@xxxxxxxxxxx

2) the double-spend db should, by default, live in "~/.hashcash/". it seems that 3rd party apps that use hashcash already use this directory.
