[hashcash] Double Spend Protection

Following a couple of user reports, it seems that hashcash isn't
checking the double-spend database on my server.

Invoked with:
hashcash -cdv -b24 -f $HOME/hashcash/hashcash.db -r foo

Results in:
examining token: 1:24:050225:foo::p7NKAZ2lDujLfNT3:00000000000ysjm
matched token: 1:24:050225:foo::p7NKAZ2lDujLfNT3:00000000000ysjm
token resource name: foo
token value: 24
valid: for 2555354 seconds
database: not double spent
check: ok

I can run this repeatedly and the same token is added to the
double-spend database, but never rejected.
