On my blog ( http://www.davidsj.com/ ), you cannot register a user
account without a WebHashcash stamp.
Also, if you try to post without a WebHashcash stamp (whether or not
you have a user account), your post will be put in the moderation
queue. Otherwise it will be posted directly.
