[hashcash] Re: 1.09 released (Re: libfastmint update 20040916)

Unfortunately I don't have access to my windows machine at present to
build the windows version of this.  If anyone has mingw installed and
pgp, they could build a 1.09 exe and make signed zip and exe options
as in http://www.hashcash.org/binaries/win32/ (but with 1.09 instead
of 1.08)

I just installed MinGW (and MSYS to go with it) and had no trouble building 1.09 there. Shall I send you the binaries so you can package and sign them yourself?
