nationalisation wouldn't help, as will be more than
obvious in a few semesters.
This all goes (or _start_) to illustrate how vulnerable
TCP/IP is in the Grand Scheme of Things after all, what good is
it to have automatic routing through redundant paths
when you e.g. can't log in to your ISP anyway.
Here's a thought for people to ponder: why is it
that no special authorization is required to have
net access, but even low-power FM hertzian stuff
needs a license, as well as amateur radio (at least
where I live).
