Wouldn't it be better to just setup a single page on haiku-os.org with
all the links and direct people there instead?

That way we don't have a bunch of 3rd-party links in the welcome.html
that may or may not exist in the future.

We already have a similar page for community-inspired links here:
http://www.haiku-os.org/community/

IMO, it seems like a bad idea to just start including every website
that claims to have Haiku tutorials in the welcome docs
