BeSly is at tis moment a german website, we have a english welcome text, we
have a tutorial for installing the firefox translator add-on and we have
navigation in english and other languages. Every one can visit the site and
see the englsih flag in the left upper site of the website.
We made this site in html and yes we use frames, i dont think we need a
system like drupal or other similar technologies, it is a website for all
browsers, ok NetPositive dont can show more then 4 or 5 frames, but you can
visit the site. All browsers can display frames. It is a easy way for us to
change entrys, because we only need to change one site not all.
I think it is more importend to make some good tutorials and not changes on
the website at this moment.
