We have so many tutorials in several languages for BeOS, Haiku and Zeta, it will be funny to be a part of Haiku ^^.

It would be great if the site didn't use frames so we could link directly to the English version. Also, a tagging system to filter out tips that don't apply to Haiku would be helpful. 
You should really look into Drupal or similar web technology.
