[openbeos] waif child found!

Hello all,
I keep getting a waif child found on my install of Zeta. This isn't
really consistent, and I've managed to get Haiku to build before. The
first time this happened, someone correctly pointed out that I didn't
have the npipefs filesystem add-on installed (which comes with the svn
page on the haiku website). I installed the package and managed to
build Haiku a few times. This time, though, it's failing.. I've double
checked and I do have npipefs installed:
[ adamk@sorrow - ~/trunk ]: ls -l
/boot/beos/system/add-ons/kernel/file_systems/npipefs
-rwxr-xr-x 1 adamk users 22519 Mar 1 2005
/boot/beos/system/add-ons/kernel/file_systems/npipefs
As far as I can tell, the filesystem is properly mounted. At least I
have a /pipe and /old pipe directory, and I have the icon of the icon on
my desktop (with no name). flock_server is running:
[ adamk@sorrow - ~/trunk ]: ps | grep flock
388 a:flock_server:63 sem 15 0 0 a>
snd(8854)
/boot/home/config/bin/flock_server (team 63) (uid 0) (gid 0)
382 flock_server sem 10 1 14 AppLooperPort(8818)
386 request loop sem 10 0 0 perl flock
server(8809)
/bin/grep flock (team 221) (uid 0) (gid 0)
And this is the error when the build dies:
C++ generated/objects/haiku/x86/release/apps/abouthaiku/AboutHaiku.o
MkDir1 generated/objects/haiku/x86/common/apps
MkDir1 generated/objects/haiku/x86/common/apps/abouthaiku
MkDir1 generated/objects/common
MkDir1 generated/objects/common/apps
MkDir1 generated/objects/common/apps/abouthaiku
GenerateRevisionFile generated/objects/common/apps/abouthaiku/haiku-revision
waif child found!
I rebooted and tried again, and it died at the same point, when building
abouthaiku, specifically right after it generates the haiku-revision file.
