I was reading Michael Phipps articles in the newsletter when some thing
struck me.......
 
"XBox is a disappointment. I am sure that XBox 2 will be better in a couple
of years"
 
The fact is the XBox is a great piece of kit, for a very affordable price.
Sure, it'll be better when OBOS R2 is running on it, but there you go......
=] 
 
Now this is the clever bit......
 
See the funny thing is; every XBox MS sells, it loses money on, and it makes
back that money on the games, right? Well if OBOS ever runs on XBox, you
then buy up thousands of XBoxes as a retailer and flog them off for as
cheaply loaded up with OBOS as a cheap computer for the home market. Every
box sold not only gives another non-windows user, but also Microsoft is
effectively subsidising losing its own monopoly.
