Yes, definitely. Having an up-to-date website is no reason to neglect 
older contents; especially news items are best organized by date 
(unlike other articles) IMO.

Yes, agreed. Even if it's only once a year, there is still a lot of 
content one could put on that site, and have a central destination for 
everyone who is interested in this event. This could also include 
something like "subscribe here to get notified when the next WalterCon 
will be announced".
