[openbeos] suggestions for R2

Hi again :)

these, instead, are my suggestions for R2, some of them I already 
told to Michael and will repeat here...

1) have a sizer-based method of positioning controls in a window, 
instead of a position-based one;

2) make OBOS multi-user, in the sense that every user has its own 
space for writing data and configuration files (I'm not asking 
for multi-user mode in the Linux sense: I suppose this would be 
much more difficult to achieve, but it would be a good suggestion 
for R3 :);

3) this is my proposed directories structure:
/boot
/dev
/etc
/home
  /home/user1
  /home/user2
  ...
/usr
  /usr/bin
    /usr/bin/apps
      /usr/bin/apps/app1
      /usr/bin/apps/app2
      ...
    /usr/bin/add-ons
  /usr/sbin

    /usr/share/pictures
    /usr/share/sounds

4) what about the servers? will Sourceforge allow OBOS to carry a 
680Mb ISO in its home, and to have an enormous amount of contacts 
every day? do we need to search for some provider, and to collect 
money for this reason?

p.s.: I know I'm asking about huge things and huge modifications 
to do, but these are mere proposals, I'm not criticizing anyone's 
work...
