It's from Star Wars.. What else! :)

"Memorable Quotes from
Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983)"
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086190/quotes

"Moff Jerjerrod: The Emperor's coming here?
Darth Vader: That is correct, Commander. And, he is
most displeased with your apparent lack of progress.
Moff Jerjerrod: We shall double our efforts.
Darth Vader: I hope so, Commander, for your sake.
The Emperor is not as forgiving as I am. "

I'm not entirely sure how this came to me. I don't think
it was the actual Trac/Railfrog "double effort". Perhaps
it was the idea of the Haiku website as a Death Star of
sorts. Technical excellence is nice and everything, as
long as it's finished and doesn't get blown up, but much
of the content that really matters remains the same,
whether or not the website is state-of-the-art.

In short, if someone made a "Revenge of the Static HTML",
would I want to watch it? I don't know. Maybe. :)

(If "the media is the message", I wonder what my blank
CD-RW's are telling me.)
