The only reason rc has a Makefile was for my convenience when I was
developing it, and for those who would like to use rc outside of the Haiku
tree (for your own projects). When used with Haiku, you don't need the
Makefile. You don't even need to worry about building rc: jam will do that
automatically for you (and it will use the Jamfile, not the Makefile).
