The speed and Parity bits and the lot need to be the same.

I can't remember what they are supposed to be for BeOS, but I would imagine that the defaults are correct.

I think SerialConnect will do what you want and there may be something more full featured you can download.

hyperterminal.. but it's buggin me out, rebooting all the time, and waiting the decennium until windows starts.. must be a way in beos, right?
