Hmmm, I didn't know about this... Sony got Bad(tm) points today in my heart 
for this. They still didn't understand the philosophy underneath :-(
Grrr, in my time one used to have the full schematics of his putter... 
(not so much old: ORIC Atmos), and everybody found this normal to 
publish this in magazines.

Same as for the Philips webcam drivers, it's split in 2 parts (!?)
one closed source and one open-source (GPLed ??)
