We don't have an official screenshot section yet, but that will come
sooner or later.

The only option despite building it yourself are the boot images (for
HD not CD, to be used by VMware, Qemu, etc.) from Philipp Schmid as
part of his blog:

We ought to have two people for the build factories, but they both seem
to neglect their self-chosen duties, sorry for that.

We're currently using BeOS R5 for development. The build system
currently does not work correctly with any other OS, although parts of
Haiku can be built on Linux as well (that will definitely improve over
time).
Haiku itself is not yet stable enough to do any serious development -
it's somewhat usable as long as you don't need a GUI while developing,
but it won't last for long :-)
