They may have static pages, but I really doubt they are hand edited -
they will be automatically generated in some way. It would just be too
much work to maintain news, events, RSS feeds, etc. Also the search
field wouldn't be possible with static pages alone.
Right. CMSes like Bricolage have a dynamic backend which creates
static HTML pages for the frontend. I guess they are using something
like that, too.
