[openbeos] new version of Icon-O-Matic

Hello all,

I have uploaded a newer version of Icon-O-Matic, which also includes some 
basic SVG import:

It should hopefully be less buggy, but there are definitely a couple of 
bugs left. It's also still pretty rough regarding usability. Nevertheless, 
have fun experimenting with it and creating some cool icons for the 
contest! :-)
