Well if you want to hear about -real- emabarassing situations
ask me how I first contributed to the devtalk ML back 3 years
ago.. or rather, "don't ask".

As said elsewhere, my (poorly educated) guess is that the
"proof of concept" milestone is the app_server. Having it
interoperable at runtime. With stock libbe.so and application
binaries. Ok I'll stop before sounding like a broken record :-)..
The kernel will be interesting too of course, but I don't know
my VM from my pointers so cannot comment on it.

>And more would be MORE than welcome. Certainly, I think that JBQ,
Manuel, you and Travis and the rest of us could get the kernel ball
really flying

whops quiproquo here, I'm roughly as much kernel savvy as
Gloria Estephan; though all others things are not equal:
she has this Voodoo doll of Stevie boy which produces
amazing effects... cannot compete with that. And it's not
just the hysterics (body), she put him through during that
infamous M$ conference, but her voodoo dool allows to remotely
control the _vocal cords_ folks! Now, _that_ is a nifty trick.
Unless those monkey cries were just triggered by pain of needles
into the flesh...
