Thanks again.
Looks like that file is missing, there's only a header. I could also
convert using SDL I guess, but I'll just forego CDaudio support for
now.
The main reason I am looking at that game is finding bugs in the driver
anyway. Besides, I guess not that many people have the original CD
anyway :)
