[openbeos] gcc-2.95.3 release 2

Hi there,

a couple of weeks and lots of patches later, there now exists a new release 
of gcc-2.95.3. You can find it here:

This archive contains gcc-2.95.3, binutils 2.11.2, new HTMLified 
documentation and a newer libstdc++.r4.so. It should work for R5, BONE, 
Dano and Zeta (please refer to the INSTALL file for info on how to install 
for a specific system).

Unless I've overlooked something, this release compiles the haiku tree at 
least as good as gnupro-000224 (although this includes choking on several 
"new" errors that went unnoticed before). Please refer to the README file 
for further details on known bugs and peculiarities of this release as 
compared to the gnupro releases.

Please tell me if you encounter any problems with this release, as I am 
planning to put in on BeBits around next weekend.
