Either with the gcc bundled with R5 or with the a little bit newer and
little less buggy one from GeekGadgets (ftp://ftp.geekgadgets.org/pub/
geekgadgets/be/i586/snapshots/current/bin/gnupro-000224-bin.tgz).

BeOS is the development platform of choice. Currently only the kernel
builds under Linux.
