Add -D_STATIC_LINKING -D__INTEL__ to the compiler options of the Cc and C++ actions in the base Jamrules file.

No, it's not.

What is is doing there?
My gcc version isn't eating it!
I might be able to #define my whay out, but that wouldn't be a nice solution
right?
