[openbeos] case pb with cvs

Hello,

i have to use a windows cvs client because i don't have a beos working modem. 
So i tried WinCVS and the problem is i got uppercased filenames. Anyone knows a 
better working client ?

BTW in the bfs, there is a file named Lock.h and one named lock.h. This is a 
problem with Windows. Clear it's not a big one but if one wants to build on a 
windows platform, he will get it.
