"Is it worth the effort (are the important drivers in that list?"
The Linux NDIS wrapper seems to have quite an extensive supported devices
list...
http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/mediawiki/index.php/List
From what I understand the FreeBSD version is called NDIsulator - Project
Evil, and: "Thanks to the contributions of Bill Paul (wpaul), as of FreeBSD
5.3-RELEASE there is ?native? support for the Network Driver Interface
Specification (NDIS)"
http://www.pingwales.co.uk/2005/07/15/Project-Evil.html
So I guess all the devices supported in the list above are supported?

I second this; at least we don't have any market pressure whatsoever to
convince any hardware manufacture to produce drivers for Haiku.
The question is just how well it'll work. How many and which Windows
drivers are working on, say, FreeBSD or Zeta using that kind of
wrapper? Is it worth the effort (are the important drivers in that
list)?
Bye,
Axel.
