This is going to sound really stupid, but how do I get the vmware image into
a virtual machine?

hi,

i've setup a simple automated haiku disk image script.
it runs svn update and builds a new image (raw and vmware) every 6 hours
(3,9,15,21).

you can find the images as well as the svn and jam logs at:
http://www.schmidp.com/public/haiku/images/
