Sorry, Ralf but this is unintelligible. I think you meant to say something like: """Oh, we need a new website admin and this should be someone from the admin team. We should look for someone to do this and vote on it. If someone decides to leave the project then they should first find and arrange a handover."""
Thanks Charlie ;-)

In response to your first point: that would be putting the cart before the horse. Members of the admin team are already active on the project. The admin team is "managed" by the various development team leaders. Referring to previous discussions: Haiku is accountable to nobody so calls to vote, particularly on who does what, are not applicable. Note this does not imply secrecy or closed shop but you are part of the team only you're doing something. As you know from our experience at BeFAN just saying someone is responsible for something does not mean it gets done. Regarding the second point: as far as I know Waldemar did try and find replacements. He certainly asked me to look after the bug database side which has a few feature requests but I haven't got round to this yet as a couple of the feature requests require some thinking. I'm thinking of doing a sprint related to this at BeGeistert in January. In addition, I think that someone is helping Jorge with the Drupal stuff but that does not mean more people wouldn't be welcome. Anyone interested should the currently dormant web mailing list.

The Haiku Website is nice and i hope we found a new master of drupal.
