I would suggest asking for the art in multiple resolutions. it wouldn't be hard
for an artist to do that.

Suggestions for competition rules:
- Set a minimum/fixed resolution for the competition contributions.
That way we can downscale it to the resolution we want to include in
Haiku. What's a good size? HD (1920x1080)? Or larger?
- The wallpapers aspect ratio must be 16:9.
- The wallpaper must look good in 4:3 to 16:9 aspect ratios, and any in between.
- Work samples must be included (so we know that the submitter created
the wallpaper).
- When submitting, the author accepts that the wallpaper is
distributed under the MIT license. The author have the copyright.
