No no, I just seem to happen to expressed me not very nice :-)
By saying the old BeOS won't run with the new kernel, I meant that for 
example libroot.so, libbe.so are using a private API which we won't 
reproduce.
Of course you will be able to use the interchangeable parts of the old 
BeOS, like the Mail Kit, or *all* applications and drivers.
