[openbeos] Volunteers page resorted

Ok, I've made a quick fix to the Volunteers page to do this...

(poor Ithamar -- he was at the top of the page when I sorted by 
developers' last name, now he is at the bottom of the page sorted by 
project name!)

I'm still not certain that the current layout and structure of the 
Volunteers and Modules pages is really optimal, but...

Basically, the members page but sorted by project, with project lead at
