[openbeos] Visual design stuff

I would like to see the BeOS design remain very much the same. Simple, 
usable, and not gawd-awful eye candy. What I want to see is power under the 
hood of OBOS. What use is a finely-painted automobile with an old worn 
engine underneath? Improve on the core design you have and perfect it.

Maybe the time saved on worthless eye candy will be used on making OBOS 
more server friendly.
