[haiku] VMW tools as (optional) package

Hi there,
I was wondering if the VMW tools [1] shouldn't become an (optional)
package for our vmware images. At least the vmw_server is extremely
useful for sharing the clipboard with the host system.
I also propose to automatically start the vmw_server from the Bootscript
if it's detected on the system.
If we decide to do so, what's needed for becoming an (optional) package?
I can contact the author momoziro if that's needed and I guess the Haiku
Gazette could host the small package itself if it won't be hosted in
Haiku's repository.
