Indeed.  But wouldn't that narrow the topics to just testing?  Or maybe 
that's the only thing us puny non-leaders should be able to decide on? 
:)  I was thinking something along the lines of Haiku-meta.  But then I 
just woke up, so I don't know if it's a good idea or anything...
