[openbeos] Timezones

Hi there,

I am not that good with Jamfiles, so does anyone have a clue on how to 
include (in a nice way) the timezone files into the image "makehdimage" 
builds?
I know that a "jam" in the src/data/etc/ directory works, but that's 
probably not how it should be done :)

It would also be nice if we could have another file than build/
BuildConfig that includes a list of timezones - maybe build/Timezones 
would do (same goes for libgcc's objects, though).
