Until Waldemar says different, it's Drupal.

Kurtis is the official lead. He is quite busy right now, so Waldemar is
currently the acting lead.

That's subject to debate, since the developers have final say on designs.  I
consider myself acting lead in terms of moving forward on developing icon
guidelines since I've been working on this for awhile now.  Credits go to
Simon Taylor for getting the ball started initially.
