Also, there are always many communication channels, you just can't 
possibly see them all. There are IRC sessions, there are mails (mostly 
on one of the lists, but private ones as well), we're sometimes even on 
the phone or meeting each other in person - does anyone really and 
honestly ask us to write and publish logs when we meet somewhere? That 
would just be ridiculous.
*Most* of the communication goes over the public lists, and that won't 
change, but there will always be private discussions, as well, and 
that's not a bad thing, it's also not a conspiracy, it's just natural.

It will also happen that you don't always choose the best communication 
mechanism at first, but that is hardly a specific problem of the 
project or the community, and again, just natural. Where it gets to be 
a problem, it will be mentioned, for sure.
